Return and Exchange Policy
At Glossique Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a return and exchange policy designed to be fair and straightforward — while protecting both you and our business.
Eligibility for Returns
• You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items that have been assembled or used
• Custom-made or personalised items
• Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”
• Products not in their original packaging
Return Shipping
• You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
• For large furniture items, return costs can vary depending on location and size.
• We can assist in arranging a courier at your expense if needed.
Refused or Missed Deliveries
• If you refuse delivery for any reason other than item damage, you will be charged the full delivery and
return cost.
• Missed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer unavailability will also incur re-delivery
charges.
