Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days.
Standard Delivery
- Standard deliveries are usually completed within 7 working days after dispatch.
- Large items may take up to 10 working days for delivery.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery across most of the UK. However, some areas may incur additional charges (please refer to our delivery map for details).
Delivery Process
- Standard and large items are typically delivered by Glossique furniture Drivers.
- You will receive a text, call, or email notification the evening before delivery.
- You’ll also have the option to reschedule to a different day or request delivery to a neighbour if more convenient.
Important Information
- Please inspect your product carefully before requesting packaging removal. We cannot provide replacement packaging and returns of large items without original packaging cannot be accepted.
- In the case of large items delivery, we offer ground floor delivery. If you need delivery on the 1st, 2nd, or any other floor, there will be a £10 charge per floor.
- If our delivery team believes it is unsafe to deliver to a specific room (e.g., upstairs, tight spaces, or areas that could cause damage to walls/flooring), they may decline room-of-choice delivery at their discretion.
