Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Before submitting your order, please take the time to read these Terms and Conditions in full. They explain:

  • How we will supply products to you,
  • How you and we may change or end the contract, and
  • What to do if there is a problem.

If you believe there is an error or something unclear within these Terms, please contact us to discuss before placing your order. We may update or amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice, and the version in place at the time of your order will apply.

Our Contact with You

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed between you and us.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and you will not be charged. This may happen if the product is out of stock, if there is an error in the product’s pricing or description, or if we are unable to fulfil your delivery.

Our website is intended for the sale and delivery of products within certain areas of the UK only. Please refer to our Delivery Page for full details. Some addresses may fall outside our standard delivery zones or may be subject to additional charges, so please check before placing your order.

Right to Amend

If you would like to amend your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. We will let you know whether the change is possible.

If the amendment affects the order (for example, a change in product price or delivery timescale) we will inform you of these adjustments and ask you to confirm whether you wish to proceed. Once agreed, we will send you an email confirmation detailing the updated order.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery charges (if any) — please check the Shipping Policy.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using our secure payment system.

Delivery

  • Dispatch usually takes 2–3 working days.
  • Standard delivery is normally within 7 working days after dispatch.
  • Large items may take up to 10 working days.
  • We offer free delivery across most of the UK (some areas may have additional charges – see delivery map).
  • Deliveries are handled by Glossique furniture Drivers or our partners. You will receive a notification the evening before delivery.
  • If our team considers it unsafe to deliver to a particular room (e.g., due to access issues or risk of damage), they may decline to do so at their discretion.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to cancel your order (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We cannot accept returns for large items without packaging.
  • Customised or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Product Inspection

  • Please check your items carefully upon delivery.
  • Report any damages or issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • If packaging is removed during delivery, ensure you are happy with the product first, as replacement packaging cannot be provided.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item is faulty or damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier issues).
  • We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., loss of earnings, missed appointments).
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
