Returns Policy
At Glossique Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a return policy designed to be fair and straightforward — while protecting both you and our business.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been assembled or used
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”
- Products not in their original packaging
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- If return collection is required, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund unless we’re at fault.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- For large furniture items, return costs can vary depending on location and size.
- We can assist in arranging a courier at your expense if needed.
Refused or Missed Deliveries
- If you refuse delivery for any reason other than item damage, you will be charged the full delivery and return cost.
- Missed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer unavailability will also incur re-delivery charges.
