Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days.
Standard Delivery
Standard deliveries are usually completed within 7 working days after dispatch.
Large items may take up to 10 working days for delivery.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery across most of the UK. However, some areas may incur additional charges (please refer to our delivery map for details).
Delivery Process
Standard and large items are typically delivered by Glossique Furniture Drivers.
You will receive a text, call, or email notification the evening before delivery.
You’ll also have the option to reschedule to a different day or request delivery to a neighbour if more convenient.
Important Information
Please inspect your product carefully before requesting packaging removal. We cannot provide replacement packaging and returns of large items without original packaging cannot be accepted.
In the case of large items delivery, we offer ground floor delivery. If you need delivery on the 1st, 2nd, or any other floor, there will be a £10 charge per floor.
If our delivery team believes it is unsafe to deliver to a specific room (e.g., upstairs, tight spaces, or areas that could cause damage to walls/flooring), they may decline room-of-choice delivery at their discretion.

Return
Returns Policy
At Glossique Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a return policy designed to be fair and straightforward — while protecting both you and our business.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been assembled or used
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”
- Products not in their original packaging
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- If return collection is required, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund unless we’re at fault.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- For large furniture items, return costs can vary depending on location and size.
- We can assist in arranging a courier at your expense if needed.
Refused or Missed Deliveries
- If you refuse delivery for any reason other than item damage, you will be charged the full delivery and return cost.
- Missed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer unavailability will also incur re-delivery charges.
